  • What would I be doing?

    Under general supervision, responsible for the daily audit of cage, slots, table games, electronic games, soft count and non-gaming revenue areas. Starting pay $12.00.


    Deliver internal and external guest service by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look Sharp, smile & greet the guest. Be friendly, polite & use courteous language. Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests’ problems. Use the guest’s name when appropriate. Thank the guest and invite him or her back.).

    Perform daily audit of cage, slots, table games, electronic games, soft count and non-gaming revenue areas.

    Investigate and report discrepancies determined through audit process to controller.

    Prepare information and reports for the Casino Controller in a manner to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Rules and Company policies and procedures.

    Maintain accurate records and files pertaining to daily audits of areas of responsibility.

    Anticipate ongoing changes, problems, and opportunities in order to maintain effective systems and procedures.

    What are we looking for?

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
    • Knowledge of audit functions
    • Effective written and oral communication skills necessary
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and 10-Key Calculator


    These skills and abilities are typically acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of on-the-job training or related experience or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.


    Gaming License Information:

    You may be required to hold a gaming or non-gaming license with one or more regulatory agencies. As part of the licensing application process you will be required to fully disclose some or all of the following information related to your personal history and background, including supporting documentation.  We understand this can be cumbersome, but thank you in advance for taking the time to go through this process.  


    Gaming regulators will only issue a gaming license based on the following:

    • No pending or active criminal charges
    • No felony convictions within the last 10 years; No misdemeanor convictions in the past 5 years
    • No convictions related to theft, fraud, illegal gambling or violence (includes misdemeanors)
    • Felony convictions beyond 10 years are reviewed on a case by case basis (some states) taking into account the gravity of offense, timing of conviction and job position and role with the company
    • Student loans must not be in default status

    Fees are roughly $250 for the license, notary work and fingerprinting costs.  These fees will be due in advance if selected for the role.
