  • What would I be doing?

    The incumbent is responsible for the management/coordination of plans, programs and activities which attract and retain mid-to-high limit players.

    Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations (external/internal) and acts as a mentor to employees in order to provide superior customer service.



    Exercising discretion  and independent judgment plans, organizes and controls player development efforts that are both individually and group focused demonstrating positive/constructive leadership behavior.



    Maintains a high awareness level or property/company services, products and events and how to access such in a cost effective manner and to the advantage of the customer.



    Formulates/develops/implements approved individualized or group cost effective player development offerings.



    Circulates casino floor meeting new guests and greeting familiar guest by name to develop  player base; encourages return visits and creates customer loyalty by establishing and developing relationships with gaming customers.



    Develops credit lines and allows for the use of markers for players based on past credit history; explains credit policies and procedures; extends trip limits as necessary.



    Approves customer complimentaries based on gaming action and program guidelines.



    Coordinates guest rooms, meals and show reservations, and assists guests with questions and special requests to ensure meeting guest needs and to provide for their maximum convenience and comfort.



    Obtains, analyzes, customer opinions and preferences, market trends and competitive position information/data and makes recommendations for achieving a stronger competitive position and customer loyalty.


    Resolves customer complaints and problems.


    Assists in the organizations and delivery of special functions and is responsible for preparing invitee lists and telemarketing efforts for special events, and individual visits.


    Interprets/complies with/implements relevant company/property policy, procedures, rules, and laws/regulations.


    Effectively  coordinates activities with other departments/personnel.


    Complies with company  safety,, security and health programs.


    Additional   accountabilities, responsibilities, duties as necessary or required.

    Must speak Vietnamese

    Ability to research, analyze, comprehend and act upon information and be aware of the business environment in order to effectively manage areas of responsibility.

    Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to player tracking computer system and keyboard.

    Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas.

    Ability to observe and direct actions of subordinates.

    Ability to communicate effectively with guests, outside contacts and all levels of employees.

    This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise and smoke, the severity of which depends upon customer volume.

    Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules.

    Ability to observe customer/service actions.

    Ability to define/problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and choose from alternative solutions

    Demonstrated knowledge of casino gaming, as well as regular high-limit customers and their betting habits in order to make knowledgeable decisions regarding complimentaries.

    Excellent communications skills and highly developed social skills.

    Knowledge of basic budget process, financial statements, accounting principals, and property policies and procedures.

    LA Gaming License required.


    These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school education or equivalent and college level courses in Communications and/or Marketing, as well as through a minimum of five years of casino customer contact experience.
